    I hope they keep "online support" to a minimum (i.e these forums). They won't need it if they haven't changed much from MY versions, and the more its kept to a minimum the more money they can spend implementing ideas to make the game better (or just getting filthy rich, neither of which I object to). Of course, Zen is another matter. There lies the transition between freebie and paying customer, people buying Zen should have such payment problems sorted out quickly and hassle-free.

    There's a Tech Support section of the forum, and customer support for things like cash shop issues (when that's live)... should go by email to the administrative team, due to the sensitive nature of the information contained.

    I think they're also planning to set up an online ticketing system for customer support too.
