Install Problem!

ok so i've downloaded the game and opened it up but when i try to click the install icon,it looks like it starts to load but then does nothing,can someone help me out?

    o.0 no idea paul, i havent completed my download yet.
    try cleaning your temp files in %systemroot%/temp and then try installing it again.

    if it's a msi then you need some disk swap space
