    I'm no troll, but I'm downloading the game right now as well :D.
    The client just came up less than hour ago. Just 2 seeds right now on the torrent, but getting good speed (300KB+ per sec, might slow down if there's too many leechers and not enough seeds). The direct download might be faster, but I don't wanna risk it failing if my internet disconnects xD

    It is actually a separate downloader that you can pause, so I am assuming it might just pick up where you left off like a torrent. ;)

    ye it has a pause button so i would think you could pause whenever and come back later

    I think I'll wait to download it later, after the 40,000 people are done trying to download it all at once

    The download is slow but then everyone is downloading it , So if everyone has patience then it will get downloaded if its going slow .It will just take longer No need to complain at least we can download

    Will seed after. Also, if you are downloading by torrent please seed afterwards since more people want to enjoy the game.

    I can't actually start downloading until my father ges bed and stops playing WoW so when he wakes up and he is lagging will seem less weird

    Well, this is great. My computer breaks two days before the client is released!

    I may be screwed too, as it runs on RDRAM if anyone knows what that is, so replacing the cracked RAM slot maybe virtually impossible.

    Sadly I dont have 500 dollars sitting around either, if I did id just buy an average comp and steal my 8800 GeForce from the broken one...

    I guess Ill be reading about the release, not playing it. -_-

    Yes, he does, and so does mother, if i start the download they'll notice they are lagging and have a right old finger wag at me.
    Thus to sneak it in i'll have to wait a few hours for them to go bed (around 5am) then i can start downloading when they eventually wake up they will be lagging and i'll just say.

    "why no mother dear, no father dear, I have not a clue of why you are lagging, for my connection seems fine"

    OMFG, someone with RDRAM.. i know how you feel. I still have an old PC that has rambus... if it dies, it dies.

    There's no question the RDRAM was and still is incredible. I never thought I'd actually need a replacement though, I just upgraded around the motherboard and RAM: added a faster CPU and increased the RAM up to 1.5 gigs. Then my computer one day wouldn't boot up. To my wonderful surprise a RAM slot had cracked. The only explanation a computer repair guy could give was a brittle motherboard.
