I think leveling is really fast till the late 30s/40s, and slows down after the 60s unless one does "zhen" parties or water/air mobs. I have no idea if max level will be 105 like it was in other versions, even if there are theoretical items for 130+.

On Perfect World MY-EN Oracle server, bb a "Human Blademaster" reached level 90 in about 1 month. After that, it took him like 5 more months to reach level 100 if I recall correctly. PW MY-EN is missing some "end-game" content, including access to certain instanced areas.

I think level 89+ can be considered end stage, when we choose either Devil or Celestial route. So only 1 month to reach end stage seems like really fast leveling!

(As a "Untamed Venomancer," I only reached like level 65 in one month, and mostly did only daily quests after that and which took me to level 76 in like six months altogether :P. I am not much for grinding.)

Ummm dude.. thats way too fast... normal players and players who are new can normally reach lvl 30 in 1-2weeks then 30-40 in about the same time... 40-50 is going to take longer and 50-60/60-70/70-80/80-90 will get increasingly harder with more grinding being needed and money needed (however as you get higher lvl it becomes easier to make money)... then 90-100 i have never gotten close to and guess, from what friends tell me, that it is going to take a very long time... so this game has easy leveling in it but it will slow down as you get higher lvl (as it should) but shouldn't be one of those 1-2 month games until you beat it, it will take some time but you will love the jurney you take to get there

    CANT WAIT!
    :p

If you start from scratch, learning and partially also failing in the beginning ofc, it will take you about 1 to two weeks to get to 30, assuming you can master the basics quite fast. From then on it will of course get slower, but thats how a mmo is designed to be. If you're able to get some friends, start together orso you will benefit from faster killing and thus faster quest exp, just as in every other mmo.
I can easily compare it to RO, I did play that for a long time. In comparison to RO the start is slower, but you have a more constant exp flow. Also, while RO is a grindfest, In PW you will mainly level with Quests up to 30~40ish.

    End of november more precisely.

I would say that most players who play a few hours each day are now in the 75 to 85 level range. (providing they did their daily quests regularly)

More intensive players are between 90 and 100.

    No-Lifers / account sharers are 100+

Yeah... last I checked on the MY-EN forums, 102's the highest on Delphi so far. At least the game doesn't suck your soul out (via mindless grinding) in the process of getting to the 80s, though. :|

Fast and slow are relative. It's probably in the middle of the road for MMOs.

The first levels are pretty fast. Around 60 in an AoE party, it's still around high teens to 20%/hour. I forget 70 since it goes by pretty fast too (10%?). By 80, it's dropped to around 7%/hour if you do fish or AoE. By mid 80s, it's around ~3%/hour with AoE, ~4%/hour at a full party of fish. 90 is where a lot of people stop because low 90s is around 2%/hour and it just drops off from there. 95, ~1.6% to 99 around ~1%/hour. 100 is pretty doable with some wealth and AoE parties in hell. The above rates are with XP scroll enabled (+50%XP for 1 hour).

Beyond 100 with the current cap is not really done much at all because the curve gets crazy.

    100-66M
    101-267M
    102-535M
    103-1339M
    104-1750M

Compare 89 to 90 only needs 10M XP.

It sort of depends on the player where they hit the wall. Some around 60, some 70, some 80, some 90, some 100. 90 is definitely doable in a month but it requires that the account is leveling pretty much 24/7 for that whole month.

Also note that a lot of people take some time off and level up through daily quests. If you don't mind just taking it easy for a few months, it's pretty easy to hit 80-90 just from daily quests.

And if you are insanely rich and want to level insanely fast : do only Dragon Quests.

is end of november the start of OB? i know i was playing before ob

there is a lvl 102 in delphi? i thought highest is only 100 in delphi... who is that 102?!

I guess from this whole forum, we can almost conclude in a year: 10x if crazy hardcore, 90 in a month if hardcore or in almost a year if less hardcore, 8x if lazy, 7x is like inactive and only dailies, 6x... probably doesnt even play anymore.

lol i knew bb from my warlord days and only way he lvled that fast was due to the other guildies that would share his account. Whenever he was online hed do godly amounts of FB runs. Other than that if u ever saw him in a zhen party that wasnt him playing that account it was a guildie that was dual-boxing say either the EA or the healer and they would use bb to pull. If u were to grind 6-8 hours a day hitting lvl 90 would takje u about 2-3 months. if u look to grind till ur eyes bleed u could prolly get there in a month and a half if u decide to drop some dough into item mall

89 is endstage as far as "cultivation/rank up" content is concerned. Final Gear though (The insane Red Weapon + Gold Armors) is level 100. Those are the ultimate gears. Note also though that quests do continue up through level 100.

FYI, PW Japan also had an update at the beginning of this month which added a whole new cultivation and new skills.

You pick your 'path' at 89. Divine gives you mods to your skills, and an annoying blue fairy-thing to follow you around. Demonic gives you diffrent mods to your skills, and an annoying red fairy-thing to follow you around.

Note: You only get 3 of each skills available to you at culti 89. You become fully-powered at 99. Your devil/fairy changes at 99, and then again at 109.

On a side note, I could easily level up in a week from 85 to 86 with just solo grinding. It's not so bad. If I was a ranged class, it would only take 4 days due to fishing.
