'My friend can log in to forums, but when he's about to make a new thread or post, it keeps saying ''sign in again'' and it keeps saying so, he's unable to post x.x

    try logging in from the main page and not from the forums, worked for me.
    PW has been endless frustration for me #2

    Um, yeah. As others have said you have to have your friend enable cookies. I'm going to assume your friend uses internet explorer, in which case you go to tools -> internet options -> privacy -> sites -> type in "pwi-forum.perfectworld.com" as a site to allow to use cookies.

    I tried everything since morning and i'ts 8:00PM already!!!
    I was forced to use Firefox.
