cant get game running

so when i start the game 1 i cant hit launch on arc i gotta tell it to repair 2 get the launcher 2 open(been like that for like 3 content updates no big deal)when i launch into game seems fine but when i select the server it just sets me back to the log in screen ive tryed verifying reinstalling arc and pwi multiple times and help or suggestions? ive ticketed but u know how pwi responses r ill prob get a automated reply etc
