Cant login anymore -message is : login timed out, check your network connection (which is good)

you can try out the ICON/ Apps (PWI ) Logo if ARC not work

Same here. Clicking play but nothing happens, spitting out an error message via popup in arc client a while later. But there is others for whom the login works fine. Seems to affect some and some not.

also what fededomino said doesnt work for me either.

When starting Arc normally I could not start PWI but PWI could start after running Arc as administrator; seems again like a copy/paste programming of the Arc source

I had the same issue, I just closed out Arc and restarted it, worked fine for me after that.

Is anyone else still having this issue? Near 4PM Pacific Time, and I still get the timeout error. I've tried rebooting, repairing PWI, running as admin and nothing has worked.
