I didn't get my tokens

This is what happen after I did Nation War, as you can see this is the mail I got. My mail said I didn't Participate in this Realm so I got nothing for my time I spent in do Nation Wars August 13 2023 11:25 am- 1:25pm I did put in a ticket but bassly I will not recive anything the developer have to fix this

    The system sends you that mail when you didn't have enough "Battle Time." You must at least have 5 minutes of "Battle Time" (PK/PVP) in the 2 hour event (NW) or attack NPCs in flag maps like what AFKers/alts do. It's common knowledge, but at least you know now.
