Left-over Mystical and Holy pills

Hello everyone,

Just wondering if there was anything else I could do with my left-over Mystical and Holy pills, seeing as I have my Meridian to it's maximum potential.
I keep collecting these from doing daily quests and such but can no longer use them, if there's an NPC that I should know of whom I can trade these items with, I would love to know.
Otherwise it's a simple fix of just deleting them from my inventory.

    There is an exchange npc in south arch that used to take them, don't remember the name, however they removed the mystical and holy pills from being able to be exchanged in them along with a few other items, so npcing them at any shop npc is the only option now.
