TIME ZONE (US) [MAINTENANCE DISCUSSION] 03/13/22

Please feel free to update if needs be. Please remember to keep checking for updates.

Quick warning: time zone changes overnight may affect the servers. This will happen before 2am as the servers have to be offline when the time change happens (this is based using info from previous time changes). Please allow a fair time before the servers come back online. 2 hours is the normal suggested time.

**ALSO: Please check your X-Server times as they may be different for X-Server events such as XTW/XNW AFTER this change.
This will only affect anyone in the US or areas that have DST this weekend. Click Here.
This will revert to normal after EU DST on 03/27/22.

ONLY US Servers will be taken offline for this.
WARNING - Faction Bases may also reset. This includes Chivalry Points/ Trials / Trials Rewards in Safe / Loyalty Funds / Faction Points.
As for compensation for this, I'm not sure if/when we will get it, but it may not come until EU DST (March 27). In any case keep checking the news for updates.

    So do we get them back? All of our points disappeared and now we have no points to reset faction talents. We worked hard all week for nothing I guess.

    its every year the same, no you dont get them back sadly.
    This is a Chinese based game and they dont got time zone change updates.

    Hopefully they will compensate this with a new code. But not sure they woud do it.

    After this reset u gotta work double as hard to unluck all talents and other faction base stuff.
    Your faction is not alone in this.

    Removing this time zone problem is a political thing.
    They debatting it for years now what they shoud do about it.

    Yeah unfortunately the game isn't properly programmed to deal with timezone changes, as mentioned above. So faction points are just going to get wiped out every time. I'm not a staff member so I don't know about their capabilities to restore points.

    As for compensation, I'll be poking staff about that soon™ but giving them a bit of time since they've normally posted it somewhere between US and EU DST maints.
