Unable to log in, anyone else ? Arc problems

It was working just fine a bit ago then I logged out through Arc to log into my other account and Arc refused to open anymore. I restarted multiple times and also restarted my router. Then the Arc application opened after waiting for at least 10 mins after like 10 restarts (it was never like that) but now I put in my username and passwords but it keeps giving me an error that the login has timed out and to check my internet connection even though my connection is flawless and working. I wanted to see if anyone else has this issue or its just me. Is arc down or something ? Thank you.

    I have heard from others that a recent Arc update is causing trouble with antiviruses/firewalls, so they may be blocking something there. Try disabling them and see if there's any changes when you try to launch Arc and log in.

    The same thing happens to me, sadly I haven't even been able to play and I guess I'll have to uninstall the game, since it would only be taking up space, I tried everything and nothing. a bit disappointing i guess

    I have a similar issue. I got into Arc and can launch the game launcher... but then I can't log in because it keeps disconnecting when I try to get into the game...

    I turned off my firewall and such, too, but no luck.

    I am having a similar issue. I have just returned to the game for the first time in several years, and managed to get to Lightsail Cave, but upon entering I was disconnected. Since then I just can't get into the game, not on the new char I made, nor on any of the preexisting chars I had (thought maybe it was entering Lightsail that had caused the problem). Now I just don't know what to do - I get "Failed to connect to server" messages at times, and then there are times when the game opens and won't even log in - as it times out. I am now running the "Verify" option on loader. Let's hope that sorts it out.

      1. I log in through the arc launcher and choose my character to play when she come up I am disconnected and asked if I want to try logging in again I have had this trouble for 3 days now and just today tried a half dozen times and disconnected each time. Yesterday it was at least that each time I switched characters. anyone else this bad?

    Try running the game as admin and have your email and password saved so it will log in automatically.

    I had read in an other topic that this can be caused by a file creportbugs, which was created to upload (personal) data. Collecting and sending needs some time but since we don't get any support you can overcome this problem by changing this executable with an empty executable. Also, if logging back in doesn't work, just restart Arc first.

    im having issues logging into arc n having trouble getting the page up and having trouble getting in once i get page to work the game logs me out and says disconnected from server and so u log in again with your user name and password and password and it doesnt log you in

    ive tried running game as administrator and automatic log in without success still wont log me into the game ?

    Mine hasn't let me log in for years, apart from very rarely. I get some nonsense about my password not matching, right after selecting server, which is done AFTER I ACCESS ARC WITH MY PASSWORD.

    Support are looking at the issue now, but I don't hold out much hope tbh, just thought I'd try sending a ticket before giving up for good.

    Mine gets stuck on this, and then gives the error "Disconnected from server." No matter what I do.

    Any of you using a VPN? Disconnect it and try again.

    You chould check your GFX/NVidia settings.

    ty but i cant i use a laptop is a asus vivobook with Intel Irisx Graphics maybe that is the reason? T_T

    Yes, you should check the GPU settings. On your keyboard you could simultaneously press CTRL+ALT+F12. Of course there are other ways to get to the Intel Graphixs Control Panel but the hotkey is the easiest.

    i cant, i try all the ways but cant do it, I think I ll have to buy another computer or pc T_T , ty for all anyway

    I see that many have the same problem I have. I Started playing PWI somewhere in 2010, and put a lot of love into it. Life made demands, so I was out for some years. A while back, I downloaded the game, can in no way get in there. I get an error box in Chinese. Is there a person here with knowledge to share, on what can be done? Like I mentioned, we seem to be many with this issue. I very much want to play!

    well. I also can't log in. i hope someone can help here. but it seems that the same complaints are more than giving solutions.
