how do you get a Conduit

    You can get a Cosmos Conduit in Northern Realm.
    There you find an npc named 'Cosmos Cartograhper' .
    I think its free, just take the quest and you get a lvl1 cosmos conduit.

    You can teleport to that place by talking to the Messenger of Time NPC.
    They cant be found around archosaur city.

    Not sure what the requirements are to enter NR.
    But i think lvl103 and pious 1, Not sure.

    Level 105, Royal Sky, Celestial Saint. You can enter after joining one of the allegiances (assuming there is a spot and is the same Allegiance as your faction). Entrances are the NR NPC near NW forges or any Messenger of Time in the main cities.

    got it thanks all now gotta figure out how to use the items i got with it also didnt realise i didnt have the key in my inventory LoL thats old age for you(67)
