Devs, what did you do with attendance?

I logged in after the maintenance like always, to perform my daily check-in,
then I see a new system... looks good but confusing.

I then notice that the check-in was reset to the first day and it asks for absence notes for every other day...
What is this mess?
I guess all of my progress in all the year is moot now.

Even compensatory absence notes will not fix this.

    With other versions of the game this occurred with their updates as well, and they gave out attendance notes as compensation I believe...so I guess we need to have the same if we want our attendance to be properly fixed.

    Obielle, thank you for the positive response, but this will never work...
    Absence notes only work 3 times a month... and they're fairly bugged too.
    That would not be enough.
    Besides, I kept doing it everyday on 16 characters over 2 accounts... Yes, I'm a freak.

    Only the developers can fix this by now, I presume.

    P.S.: I did send a ticket, but will it get fixed? I feel very uncertain about it.

    Mmmm last I remember they actually removed the limit on the absence notes but I'd have to go and check other patch notes for that or wait for PWI's to come out.

    Anyway no guarantees of course, but I'll mention it in my ticket to staff along with other issues that seem to be popping up from this update.

    I just discovered this very same problem on my account. Should I submit a ticket or wait for PWI staffto correct it?

    I'd recommend sending in a ticket if you can so this issue gets more attention.

    Absence Notes are no longer limited to 3 uses per month. The only month wiped is this month all other months have perfect attendance (for me at least). Absence Notes are no longer token items but are in the Cash Shop for 20 Silver per 1.

    So, the question is(and I see no thread started elsewhere), is PWI going to do a patch and reset check in calendar? I like everyone else lost 16 days of checking in(attendance)!!! :/ And the other question is for players in general, has anyone submitted tickets? Is PWI really going to make us buy Absense Notes in game, or charge to get our days back we lost? FIX this PWI, thank you!

    I submitted a ticket. their answer basically was "everyone has this problem, deal with it. kthxbai"
    support is useless in this game, the company only cares about money.

    Yeah it seems the staff are sending out a mass response that isn't very helpful for this issue right now. As the above reply stated, it's pretty much saying they can't fix the issue.

    I've been told that staff are forwarding the issues with attendance, crashing, and corrupted files so that they can be dealt with first. I don't have more information at this time, but I will try to push for some kind of compensation for the missed check-ins.

    check you october log in screen mine was back filled when i logged in this morning so just the missing login's for november to fill in using absent note's from boutique

    why should we buy absence notes from cash shop, when it was the update that reset the November logins?

    An update on the attendance issue:

    The issue is still being looked into. It's expected that a solution or compensation will happen early December. Thankfully, you can sign in for the current month and previous month, so even if we get compensation in December, we can still fill in the missing sign-ins from November.

    I used absence notes so i cant check it if they fixed it.
