    Try downloading NVidia Control Panel. Once that's done follow this: Manage 3D Settings > Preferred graphics processor.

    Hi thanks for the reply puangi. i have found the solution about my problem. What you told me didnt do anything with my fps. I still got low FPS with full effect. The problem behind the low fps was my resolution. I played in 1920 x 1080, when i switched into the lower one, i can now play in full effect. I hope this info will help other as well. Thanks!

    Odd, I also use an in my case old NVidia GFX card and 1920x1080 doesn't give any problem with my FPS with max. GFX settings in PWI. But thanks, a lesson learned: for hardware problems we should just ask what type of hardware people are using, if they tested the hardware and this happens a lot on my server, if they ever checked the temperature of the GPU.
