Dark snow lotus

I looked in the npc in overworld where ulfgard entrance used to be and I noticed that the passive skills there are from 1-10 . however the 6-10 one require a dark snow lotus item. Is there any way to achieve that item in game or at the moment the max level for those skills are 5?

    At the moment the max skill levels are 5. The Dark Snow Lotus hasn't been released yet and it's unknown when it'll be released. I don't think PWCN has it yet either, but they are getting an update on the 9th this month so I'll edit this post later to let you know if it's released then or not.
