    Many many moons ago certain MMO lowered the damage of swords and the players said its not like hitting with a sword anymore more like with swinging nerf bats.

    For those that dont know the acronym NERF stands for "Non-Expanding Recreational Foam"
    that is used by certain company to make toy swords.

    Somewhere along the way nerf'ing became an overly used term for every damage reduction game's make.

    retricon: wut ?

    Nerf: something that has been changed to make it weaker/less powerfull.

    Aggro: aggression. Mobs hits only 1 target at time and they hit the one they are aggressive to. The aggro is set to the person that does the more damage on the enemy. Skills affects aggro in various values.

    Tank: the one who has aggro. Having aggro means to get hit. Getting hit and sustain the damage is the role of the tank. The tank prevent the squad from being hit since it keeps the aggro of the enemy on him.

    Sin: shorert version of assassin class

    Retricon= Undo, take back changes, usually after things are supposed to be final, to make things retro and the way they used to be
    Spam at long range= Do a lot of damage as an archer/magic user at long range
