changing gender and codex question

I was wondering what is the rule on the codex and changing the gender in the game. like i am assuming the titles you already got is being saved but what about continuing , do you start from 0 or from where the other gender was?

    From what I understand, if you swap genders then your collection starts at 0. If you swap genders again, then you'll have access to your old collection and won't have to start from 0. This should only apply for fashion, though.

    thats from what ive noticed too from my wife changing her gender. she started from 0 the collection but kept her title that she already had
