Missing gold after i charged [SOLVED]

Hi all,
I dont know if im the only one, but last night i charged gold but i wont show up in my account.
I already sended a ticket (TICKET #404855) about this.

My question is, how long will it take to give me my purchase?
And 27/01 spend and charge rewards ends. If its not fixed by then i would like to see it extended.

At the moment im really unhappy with the costumer support.
I know you all do your best, but i expected more because we are your income.

    There have been reported issues with Gold processing as far as we know the team is aware of any issues and looking to resolve them. I cant say for sure but im confident this will be resolved soon and before the 27/01.

    I charged but no gold, and also i noticed that i got the CR points but i did not receive the gold
