Northern Realm PWI Glacier City Tunnel Stealth - any done this yet?

I have been trying for a few days now how to get through the PWI Glacier City Tunnel Stealth quest.
This quest requires you to jump up onto rock ledges which are on the inside walls of a chimney like cave.
I do manage to get to the second jump location but cannot figure out how to get further.
I am not a good jumper so that maybe why but would like some hints and reassurance that its possible to do.
Anyone?

    The quest requires you to jump on the 1st, 3rd and 5th ledges. Land on each and wait until the quest updates and says to move again.

    Thanks I realised later that the location could be higher.
    Now all I have to do is figure out how to jump up to each ledge.

    OK. I have had a few goes and get stuck getting from ledge 6 to 7.
    I forgot about double jump so eventually got further but the last jump seems to be the biggest and I keep missing.
    Is there a jump enhancement potion, charm, blessing, etc. I could get that would help me here?
