No World Chat in Northern Realm can cause quest problem

In my most recent Celestial Infant quest I received a quest to send a World Chat message of
Wish all happy! but was not bale to do that as there is no World Chat available.
The attached screen shot shows G Chat where World Chat was before.
Exiting and returning to Northern does not redisplay the quest.
Selecting A and then W from the chat options list did give me !@ (the World chat prefix) but the message was not acknowledged.
Trashing the request and restarting it gets back to the same position.
GM's have raised a bug notice for this.

The work around is that you have to leave the realm do the chat and then go back to the realm.
A bit of a pain but at least you can continue.

    So they didn't really be specific enough about the quest, you can do it inside the Northern Realm but you do it in what is called the Allegiance Chat which uses a Teleacoustic like normal World Chat does. The shortcut for it is #$ instead of !@.

    Note, if you are doing the Sacrifice for Justice ending (where you have to World Chat inside Glacier Sanctum) then you have to World Chat normally with !@ there instead of the Allegiance Chat.

    Neat that the other option works as well though. I never tried that.
