Bugged piece of Festive Snowman set female

I bought at sunday two pieces of Festive snowman set, that is on sale in mall, and to my surprise, bracelets were random green so I dyed them in red, tights are in random turquoise greenish color, so I went to dye them in red too, but I got pop up message that they are unable to be dyed, even tho its written that they will be random color when purchased, that they need 1 dye to be dyed ( exact same as bracelet of same set) . Now I wait with 2 gold item that is unusable by me, I wont sell them because they are clearly bugged, but I still have no response from GMs over this.

Can I please have resolution on this, I did sent ticket without answer, I recharged for this items and tbh, 2 dollar for fault pixel item is much for me.

The tights could clearly be dyed before (in fact, the bracelets were originally the ones with the dyeing issue) but somehow they've decided that it's intentional. I did check PWCN a few months ago and it was the same case over there. I'll see if the issue can be raised but it might be difficult since there's a support topic that addresses it.

You might be able to request a refund on the tights if you want to get the gold back.

Well, if in description of item is dyeable , and requirement is 1 dye, then I don't see how am I suppose to know they changed it from dyable to unable to dye. I didn't go to forum or support before I bought item, I was clearly mislead to believe it can be dyed. I am absolutely stunned by this, its irresponsible to sell items with wrong descriptions , and
then stay radio silent for 2 days. Ofc I will request refund if they do not do anything about it. Might? I am now obligated to go to china server and read there about each item I wanna buy from cash shop, omg! I cant read china letters, I dont play on china server and I feel tricked. I am one of those supporters of game that make recharge each months, to show I love this game and care. That non professional approach to players is unacceptable.

Oh and btw, how we can know what color of item will be , when it isn't fixed. In fitting they are black, in reality they are random , like mine:
