i have been having problems with this daily every time i get to luneskan soulkeeper i dont get the next part of the quest line till the next day so damn annoying forgot to say what toon it was is my sb

    Usually this can happen if you did not finish the quest completely on a previous day. You can only complete This War o' Mine once per day and that includes each NPC you talk to. So if you stopped at Luneskan Soulkeeper one of the days that'll keep happening unless you hand in the last quest and wait until the next day before picking up the 1st quest again.
