Pious sky quest chain

Hello,

I seem to be locked out of the 2nd stage of my PS quest chain (Encamp in Nicada) and cant figure out why/if its a bug. I have completed the first stage in this chain. There are no available quests, additionally if open my anecdote list, the resume button is highlighted for 0.5s before greying out .

Level: 105 104 101
Cultivation: complete
Sky level: PS2
Completed the post RSX questchain (sorry forgotten the name)

Any advice on what i could be missing/which npc gives the quest as i cant find would be great.

Or if this is a bug how can it be fixed?

    I think what might be going on with that particular quest is it doesn't check your all-time highest level, so it thinks you are level 101. Once you level up to 102 you should be able to get the quest.

    Yes you need 102 at current RB.
