Please announce charge and spend rewards in advance

I charged and spent gold just 1 day before the current charge and spend rewards were implemented. As per the GM suggestion in the support ticket email ive made a post here. Long story short I find it very unfair that we can miss out on promotions like this when a simle heads up would give us time to put off charging and possibly even be able to charge more.

    They literally do it every month, dude, usually the first or second week of the month. Would you like a GM to add it to your personal calendar as well? Or give you a call?

    Just check the news every week and you’ll see they can’t be more regular than this. If there’s one thing PWI is good at is at the cow milking schedule.

    a support member told you to do this, thats their standard reply since a few years now. dont expect anything you post here to be taken into consideration tough :(
