Help with Unicorn Valley?

So I have quests to go into Unicorn valley and valley of the scarred, but once I use my chorno key the only option at the messenger of time is to go back to archosaur. I am rebirth level 88 but a returning player and I honestly don't know if I ever got the unicorn valley quest?

    Options
    There was a change some years back that opening OHT = You unlock every map. However you need to be current level 100+ for the other maps.
