Wedding Date Finder?

Good evening all,

I've looked everywhere possible to find out when I got married to ingame hubby last year as we are due our 1st year anniversary ingame.

However I can't seem to find anywhere on my character profile or on the Marriage Quest npcs to find the date we got married. All myself and ingame hubby have is each other's names as spouses.... but no wedding date.

Any help to locate it?

    Unfortunately I don't think there's anywhere in the game where you can see at what point you got married. The closest thing there is, is the date that you hang up the plaque on the Karma Tree but that's definitely not a clear indicator since it's a newer feature and it's easy to miss watering the plant.
