    They had the sales advertised not active and copy and pasted a sale from the March madness and failed to activate it...

    I have already contacted live support about it as it was misleading to players in an attempt to get them to charge gold for the sales when they failed to activate them....
    since then they have corrected the initial post with no apology to players and moved the sales start date to Saturday instead of Thursday.

    All I can say if you are one of the players who charged expecting the advertised promo to be active and a double charge bonus or something of that nature gets turned on ticket for compensation.

    It’s not the amount lol the actual sales are missing until tomorrow since they failed to activate them gold charge and spend promos are working fine there’s just no keys, Sochi, mog etc on sale due to them falsely advertising it
