Quick Warning for Time Zone Changes overnight may affect the servers. This will happen before 2am as the servers have to be off-line when the time change happens. (This is based using info from previous time changes) Please allow a fair time before the servers come back on-line 2 Hours is the normal suggested time.

**ALSO Please check your X-Server times as they may be different for X-Server events such as XTW/XNW AFTER This Change.
This will only effect anyone in the US or areas that have DST this weekend. Click Here.
This will revert to normal after EU DST on the 03/29/20

ONLY US Servers will be taken offline for this.
WARNING - Last time bases where also reset. This included Chivalry Points/ Trials / Trials Rewards in Safe / Loyalty Funds / Faction Points.

    why cant the time zone change , not be made by an algorythme inbuild in game so no need to mainteneance that , just a question , sorry :)

    Their are 2 big answers to this question, and also relates to the Time Zone issues faced by an International version. China only has one time zone. So hard codeing events to this setup does not have much impact in one timezone. The second point is China does not do DST. Simply put at the main point you dont need a system that can handle it.

    The last point is merely on how old the system is to be able to code it in now, In this respect it makes more odds to just take the servers offline. However any impact from this such as base resets/ X Server issues as per the past are unavoidable issues.
    Im sure this causes some upset but Ill have to be blunt again, the damage from a server overwrite would be more of an issue.

    In the past PWI have compensated, Im sure this will be the case again with this.

    Sorry long winded, im sure others have asked so should cover any questions.

    Please remember DST for EU on 03/29/20 which will be all servers as the X Server runs on EU time.

    Please report any issues you have from DST maint so they can be addressed.
