I think this might be related to the servers not being restarted for two weeks.

When we tried to enter arigora with the join dialog it sends you to xserver but fails to put you in the arena. This forces a loss and you end up losing points no matter what. This has happened to my squad 6 times and I have heard of it happening to everyone from 3v3 personals to squads.

    The servers are being restarted now, Hopefully this should fix any issues.
