[Notice] Etherblade / Twilight Temple NW Issues.

Currently Etherblade NW (Local) has been unable to run for 2 weeks.

This issues seams to have also affected the Tw server.

I was only made aware on Tuesday 01/28/28. I do not have any control over this, However the best I can do is keep my eye on said issues and make sure they are chased for feedback from the support team where possible.

02/11/20 - Twilight Temple NW (Local) failed again.
02/10/20 - Twilight Temple NW (Local) failed.
02/05/20 - Issue should now be resolved after Maint this morning. Removing thread for sticky.
02/04/20 - Etherblade NW (Local) failed again.
02/03/20 - Etherblade NW (Local) failed again.
01/31/20 - Small Update, The team are looking to have the server restarted to resolve the issue. As for when I have not been given any dates or times. If I do ill drop a post.
01/29/20 - Have spoken to the support team, This issue will be passed on when the Devs are back from Holidays. Please keep in mind current situation in China as well.
01/29/20 - Etherblade NW (Local) failed again.
01/28/20 - Etherblade NW (Local) not working for 3 days.
01/28/20 - Previous issues with Twilight Temple NW (Local) Also noted.

Again *slow clap* PWI you haven't fixed NW on week nights. IT is still freaking glitched no one can enjoy Nation Wars. You can see everyone in base. You can't move to any other opposing sides lands because you get kicked back. Since you all haven't fixed the blasted bug. It's was like this last week Monday and Tuesday as well. Come on now get it together.

You guy's gives the old 'send a ticket to support' and never do anything about it. I get that pwi is an old game but heck how can you guys not have active gm/devs on a game with such a big community? So many people charge gold and we can't even get something as simple as nation war fixed. Nice one guys. Keep it up.

please get this fix asap or make other ways for people to farm ST(Supply Tokens) this the 2nd week with this pwi
why yall so quick to update but not fix the problem we been having for 2 weeks this is not right for your game community please do better

Im sorry this has been ongoing, Im only a Player Community Mod my self, since kalyst left I dont have any contacts.

I take it this is the original issue on Tw Server?
How many weeks has this been going on for?
Does this happen on Both NW days?
And any other Info you can give me?

If someone can let me know the above I can try and do what I can. And will chase this if we dont have any news.

EtherBlade server Nation Wars was not working on 01/20/20, 1/21/20, and 1/27/20. I don't know about tonight since well it is not Nation War time. You should not be able to see everyone in Nation base, use your skills at all, nor should you be able to summon mystic, or veno pets while in nation base. When you go for a opposing nation's lands you get kicked back or you don't move at all out of Nation base. Now has been almost 2 weeks this has been happening. So I am sure this more than likely happening on all servers. But yes, this is Etherblade server I am talking about. Yes, I submitted a ticket about it. I was told to bring it here as well. So boom here it is. Now PWI fix your game already geez.

Thank you, I was not aware this had happened otherwise I would have kept my eye on this.

I will see If I can get some sort of update on this. As is I can not do much more than this.

Haven't heard of any problems on Twilight Temple server (went last night, forgot to go tonight but WC seemed quiet enough).

Since there's no maint this week I expect NW will not work for Etherblade server again unfortunately unless they do a server restart.

At first I thought It was all servers. Hence me jumping on to each server. I would agree with out a server restart this will continue for now.

At this point I have no more info to offer, Support will be working with the Dev team to find and resolve the issue. Please just note the Dev team are currently on National Holiday until the 02/02/20.

As soon as this can be resolved im sure It will be. If I have any other info I can pass on I will.

Sorry not good news.

I still don't have a restart time or date. Please note this is unlikely to be before NW tonight.

Most likely we will have to wait for maintenance on Tuesday night.

Maintenance was completed this morning. This issue should now be resolved.

It seems like NW is broken on Twilight Temple server now - basically same issues as described in this thread already. Not sure if it's broken on Etherblade or not.

Ive not had any more reports of any issues on servers.

With the way things are in China I worry about Maint tonight. But this should resolve this issue.

@obielle would you log a ticket with support for this issue, It seams to be only Et and Tw server affected so may be this is something they need to look at as more of an issue.

I did send in a ticket and they said they'd raise it to their team but that's about it.

I didn't check Nation Wars on Twilight Temple server today but didn't see anyone complaining about it. I did see someone in the PWI Discord from the Etherblade server saying it wasn't working for them though.

Thank you, im getting the feeling this is switching between Et and Tw.

I have no idea why this could be happening, its not hitting any other server.

Ill resticky this and update with dates. Sadly until Support returns at Offices in China this may be ongoing.

We may see this Shift to TW server this week as well as that seams to be the link.

Developers are still unavailable and we do not have any estimated time for return, This will need to be looked into further when they return and are available.

Slightly related, but TNF seems to be broken on the Twilight Temple server. People are stuck in the lobby and cannot enter the rounds.

Not sure if this is happening on other servers.

EDIT: Asked on Etherblade server, it seems like it's working fine there.

EDIT 2: I've sent in a ticket notifying staff of the TNF issue on Twilight Temple.

I was going to check the severs NW Tuesday Night but 4AM is a little early for me.

Update on TNF situation as promised. It was working fine on Twilight Temple last week according to my faction. This week it is working fine as well. I assume it's probably working for Etherblade server as well.

Will update next week on NW for both Twilight Temple and Etherblade.

I don't have anything like that unfortunately but I can definitely gather some screenshots or even video footage next week if it's still not working by then.

It's pretty much as described earlier in this thread - you can see other people in the base and use skills when you shouldn't be able to do either of those. If you try to start a battle, it will start but nobody can join the fight including yourself - you'll be returned back to the nation's base.

Nation Wars is working on Etherblade this week but not on Twilight Temple. @heero200 did you still need a video for the PWI staff? I did record a video of it today and can send you a link to it if it's still needed.
