Legacy Account, Missing Character

So I recently found out a close friend had played this game long ago.
We decided to see if our characters are still there...
My account is 10+ years old and missing the main character.
I have no idea what happened to it but it's completely gone.
My high level tideborn just isn't there anymore.
Was there an overhaul at some point? Did characters get wiped?

    Servers merged so the characters should still be around here somewhere.

    PWI has not deleted any Chars to the information I have.

    It may be worth checking all the other server. Try using the code system for the account as it will list all servers and in turn all chars on that server.

    I double and triple checked all servers. Nothing.
    My character and everything with it is just... gone.

    Maybe you got ha.cked and someone removed your character. Why don't you check your email for ARC activities and the logged IP addresses through your account on ARC Client? If the account was full of characters, they may gather up more than 8 characters which requires you to press arrow down with keyboard at selection screen of characters to reveal/select the missing character.

    I believe I only had one character. Remember this was 10 years ago...
    Tough to remember that far back, this profile is listed as created in 2009 though.

    Contact Support if you know the character name, They should be able to help you. May be you had a different account back in the past. Like I said Im not aware of any toons being deleted.

    Most people have found it one way or another.

    Could be also after years go by, you may have changed pass words, email? PWI is really ontop of making sure those would be the same. I hope you find your character.
