Unable to open tabs

A few days ago i noticed that i am unable to open my skills, quest or boutique tabs. I tried logging out, restarting my comp and even redownloaded the game and nothing works. I submitted a ticket and they said to post here.

    one of the problem is with the UI option in settings...i have to uncheck apply and then check it back again in order to click on certain options like smiley button.... try it if it works
