Visual Bug - Weapon cover

I purchased a weapon cover for my Technician, the effect of motion is about 2-3 feet away from the weapon itself, I wrote Customer Service but that went nowhere, they suggested I place my complaint here - Since their seems to be no fix for this as it has been deemed "sloppy layering", I want a refund for the cover $12.

    P.S and not to forget PW still cant handle above 3gb vram :s
