Tab key for targeting

Suddenly, on just one of my characters, Tab no longer works for targeting the nearest monster. I checked the HotKey, and it looks to be set correctly.

Where is the setting for this? I thought there was something by the character panel, but I can't find the toggle for it.

    go to settings again. and uncheck the box that says target player only.. change it to normal/monsters.

    Yeah, I couldn't find where that setting was. Just found out it was the shield by the face icon.
