Cant send email to long name characters

We cant send emails to characters with name longer than 10 letters.

    I am facing the same issue with too long name. I sent a ticket and the GM responded he would forward my ticket to the develompent team. And also that I should post my issue on forums so here I am. I am able to send mails to my long name toon however what some people can't do is to send me pm. It shows them that I am offline and I don't get to see the message.

    I don't know if any of you have tried but I think Identity Stone may solve the problems as we all change our names to shorter ones. I would be sorry to lose my toon's name but if that can help me solve this problem which is really annoying, I would be willing to do that
