Morai daily quest

Hello,

Ever since i did reawaken, the "Visit: the Divine Emissary" quest is gone and im not able to make any more influence/prestige. At first I thought I had to be lvl85 again....but still no dailys in Morai.

Is this normal? Any other ways to get influence for my order to get skillbook?

    According to pwdatabase you need to reach level 90 to get the quests again. The level requirements for Morai have changed multiple times - it used to be level 85 but changed to 90 with the last expansion.
