Gem effect not showing

Hi everyone,

When I manufactured my daggers and put in 2 Glowburn stones, I was surprised not to see the gem effect. I do see them on other characters (the one shown in screenshot has a lower level gem than I do, he has drakeflame), shown in the pictures below. I also put my settings here, is there any simple solution for this?

    I don't think there's anything you can do on your end to fix this. There seems to be some bug with the graphical display of some shard effects, maybe a misconfiguration of the files or something that PWI would have to fix themselves. I don't think the files are missing since I also have this issue and have had my files for quite some time. There's a thread in this forum section about it, and I think some other people mentioned their high-grade shards weren't displaying as well in other threads, so it seems to be a common issue.
