Not an assassin so can't really give advice, but there was a thread earlier this month about assassin glyphs that might be useful: https://www.arcgames.com/en/forums/pwi#/discussion/1210071/help-with-my-glyphs

Thanks for letting me know about this topic @obielle .
I went to take a look at it and there were some good answers but not as specific as I hope it to be. To add, there are images there that aren't working. Nonetheless, I was able to see some answers.

Looks like my thread got moved. I posted it on general topic since that's the go-to place for players who goes on forums. Oh well, I guess I won't be expecting any answers from now on.
    Thanks.

Lets see if i can be helpful xD
    Here's what i use:
    Life Hunter:
pve - gold for damage or blue for the times when you need to nuke without sb (cancel after 1st hit, use before everything else)
pvp - usually not glyphed cause there are more viable skills, but if you play with argent elim, might also use green
    Elimination:
pve - argent everywhere except tower, simply highest nuke potential out of all, for tower rather use red cause you can spam it more often
pvp - red or gold if you play more towards ccing target cause doesnt waste your hit charges, argent if you prefer going all-in on damage
    Spell Cutter:
both pve and pvp - green, makes it spammable + the fastest skill you have -> can use 2 times while nuking + deal more damage in pvp
    Condesed Thorn:
pve - gold or red if you have slots for it, gold is a bit more for nuking, red for a biit higher water damage when needed
no reason to glyph this skill for pvp, but if i had to choose, would pick blue for higher slow rate
    Knife Throw:
pve - blue for pv, unglyphed for caves
pvp - blue for mass, unglyphed for 3v3/1v1/cc-based build
    Cursed Jail:
pve - i leave red, but can not glyph this one at all, only used in trials basically
pvp - only red, the only spammable paralyze we have
    Tackling slash:
pvp/pve - unglyphed, there are better skills for that
    Toxic Torrent:
Pvp/pve - silver, the only magic damage we got
    Rising dragon:
pve/pvp - i prefer not to glyph this one, some like red for more chi
    Shadow Jump:
pve - dont glyph, no use
pvp - golden so you can stop the target when jumping/unglyphed
    Inner Harmony:
pve - usually not glyphed, can try green if you're using rds instead of inner before subsea
pvp - i dont glyph, seen some people use red for hp recovery, not worth it imo
    Shadow Teleport:
pve - blue to spam or not glyphed cause there are better skills
pvp - blue for spamming, red for better lock, unglyphed if you play argent elim

Should be it, hope it helps a bit~

Looks like I finally able to get an answer!

@stis#6707 I have one more question and I've been wondering this a lot.
Why do people sometimes choose golden over argent glyph when clearly the argent glyph has much more to offer. For example, Elimination golden gives only an additional 120% while the argent not only gives 120% BUT ALSO additional damage depending on your hit charge.

    Thanks for the answer.

People use golden over argent when they want to use hit charges on some different skill right after elimination. For example: "cursed jail -> ct, sc, knife throw, golden elim -> red shadow teleport" to keep target in paralyze for 10s. Or blue teleport and you can spam stuns every 30s cause of cd reduction. (also keep in mind that 5 hit charges count as 6, 4 still remain 4)

    Oh I get it now.
BTW, I made a google spreadsheet which I based your answer as well as the link that was given to me by obielle. Would you kindly check it out and see if you agree to what I did? Feel free to click this link.

PVE - Verdant glyph on Spell Cutter removes the interrupt allowing for use on bosses where this can cause problems
PVE/PVP - Sanguine glyph on Elimination and Verdant glyph on both Spell Cutter and Condensed Thorn (loses water buff) allows for continuous skill spam without needing Life Hunter and has ~15% more DPS than LH. This also produces a lot of chi (50chi/4sec vs 30chi/4.2sec with LH) which can make it useful for PVP as well. With less need for chi, Verdant glyph on Inner Harmony can be used for interesting 5 hit charge combos.
