unable to sell unneeded items

i have 4 items from quests that got glitched or trashed then retaken and completed but the old items remain in my inventory or bank to free up the inventory spots
i had this problem for more then 1 year and i tried all i can think off to get rid of this items but nothing works
what can i do to get rid of them ? i don't get it if u trash the quest and take it again and u get the items again to do the quest why can't you sell the old ones and how can u get rid of them ?

the items that are stuck with me are :

Tideborn Honor Medal

what can be done to solve this ? others might have similar problems with other items

That can happen, and the only way you may get rid of the items is by contacting the GMs via tickets.

However, some of those items are important. Therefore make sure you dont need them anymore before you get rid of them.

Tideborn Honor Medal - make sure you have completed the Coming of Age questchain, it should have "completed" on it in the Anecdote https://pwi.gamepedia.com/Perfect_World_Anecdote

Conjuror Ring, Incanter Pendant, Astrologers Gem - all 3 for a title called "Novice Mage" http://www.pwdatabase.com/pwi/quest/37889 Therefore make sure you have this title before you get rid of those items.

When you are 100% sure you dont need them anymore, just open up a ticket with the GMs.

i did the quests and in the past i have contacted GM's about this they told me that they cant help currently i have the items stored in my bank i did those quests

Just confirming, you have the "Novice Mage" and "Warrior Proper" titles? That would indicate that you don't need these items anymore.

How many Tideborn Honor Medals do you have? You will get 7 from the Warrior's Mark quest but you also cannot trash this quest so you can't really get extra that way. I was personally stuck with medals because I reawakened before handing them in, and couldn't continue with the quests to get rid of them. With the expansion in May, they changed the level requirement so I was able to continue the quests.

With the novice items, do you have a Novice Alchemist's Seal as well? You need 4 items for the Novice Mage title, so just making sure. It's possible to get duplicates of those ones if you do trash the quest unfortunately.

If you really don't need them anymore, there's not a lot you can do. You either have to wait until the items can be sold in the future (will probably not happen) or keep trying to send tickets to the GMs in the hopes they can remove them. They can remove them, but most of the time they will say they cannot. They can clear an entire inventory over maintenance according to other people who have had similar issues.

Yep, I can see that you definitely have duplicates somehow - I just wanted to double check since everyone's situations can be different. Unfortunately all you can really do is keep trying with the tickets and hopefully you might get someone who can help you remove the items.

At the very least with the Tideborn Honor Medal, if you do have an account stash you could create a character and stash it there and then delete the character so it's gone.
