I just can't log and play with my account ! Why ??????

I have two acc, but I can't play in one of them, I do loggin, but when I click play, THIS GAME IS NOT AVALIBLE IN YOUR REGION.

On the other account I can play normaly, without problem, why ??? I'ts the same PC, same place, same person, I try do loggin with facebook, but aways goes to the account that I can play and not that one that I can't play. HELP ME PLIS

    Is the region-banned account a newer account? There are certain regions that are banned but accounts created before they made the ban can still play. That's all I can think of.

    Either way, you will probably need to submit a ticket to try and get this issue fixed.

    Yes I know that, but I was playing normaly, and today I just can't play anymore.
