Lv5-7: Negative status effect evasion chance increased to 80%.
Lv8-9: Negative status effect evasion chance increased to 90%.
Lv10: Negative status effect evasion chance increased to 100%.
but on game it say damage reduction

To be clear, this is on the wiki for the sanctified and glyphed skill Blade Affinity and I wrote all of those descriptions. If descriptions in-game are not correct or accurate I change them for the wiki. PWI has incorrect descriptions for a lot of skills.

It should be negative status effect, since this is the sage effect of Blade Affinity. See the skill description below which is in the game also:

Focus on the power of your weapon, decreasing your channeling time by 85%. Lasts 6 seconds.
Sage version also grants a 50% chance to resist negative status effects for 6 seconds.
