Problem trying to run pwi client

My pwi client dont run.. when i try to open it, arc client show up again... please help

  Are you trying to bypass Arc and run PWI without loading Arc? You cannot run PWI by itself anymore, you have to load up Arc then run PWI from Arc.

  i have the same problem, it just minimizes arc and no game client opens up.
