Aps barb, I heard it's getting nerfed

I heard from a friend that aps is getting nerfed soon, could anyone explain in more detail about the nerf specifically in regards to pvp? Is it still possible to reach 5 aps or will they add an attack speed debuf? And if so does that mean there soon will be no viable builds for 5 aps gof or purge or perhaps purify

Aps was nerfed many years ago (something about less accuracy at 4+ aps) I have not heard about any upcoming nerfs.

since primal expension (with reawakening) most bosses in new instances have anti aps buffs, barb as tank has been greatly improved on their skills, and a primal passive increase skill damages.

Oh I think i know what the Op is talking about is that g17 anti aps buff as well.

Aps can still have its uses despite a nerf though

Oh of course, I forgot.. Yeah so the new g17 helmet CAN have a proc to reduce aps damage.
