Dragon Orbs in event boutique missing

Dragon Orb in boutique event (https://www.arcgames.com/en/games/pwi/news/detail/11008393-october-wonderland-update) are missing for some people. I just have Tisha and Tienkang on my boutique, but some said the orbs appeared later for them. I don't know if there is something to refresh the boutique event.

    I just managed to make the mappear, but not sure If I did something special (I went to event fashion, pressed "reset", left boutique and checked again, it was here)
