Hello can i have a reply to my tickets?

Plain and simple, i bet staff is flood by tickets but i want to get my issues sorted before i ragedecide to chargeback and delete PWI_en folder

I am still convinced that a rollback instead of a different solution was the worst thing they could've done.

    I'm sure your correct they are porb flooded with tickets.

    However I'm sure the team are dealing with tickets as fast as they can. Unfortunately it's going to take time to clear up this issue.

    With regards to the rollback I can't really say either way. The point comes down to not knowing the full extent of it.

    What is it Sylen always said? They have something like 20 people supporting all their games?

    my tickets been out for 10 hours and still nothing! i just want my $20 back :(
