Hello all,

Ive been made aware that arc codes are not working at present.

I have sent word to the team to look over this issue.

Add: Spend rewards has also been reported as not working.

    Just tested with jones and omalleys. I just had to click redeem twice and it worked.​​

    The rewards from spend reward are not working aswell, that could be nice to fix it fast

    I tried again on separate accounts. Doesn't seem to be working on any. I guess I just got lucky on one xD​​

    can it be fixed before the spend promo ends? it was one of the reasons i spent cash on the game after i came back.

    since the spend rewards are not working, what happens if it does not resolve before the dateline expires? will we get an extension to redeem? thanks

    you receive points but you cant send them (stuff) to toons

    yesterday it worked, now it doesnt work anymore and points will be gone tomorrow with no chance they fix it in time, so people loose the points and stuff

    another pwi scam, it happens so many times , slowly think they make it on purpose

    The fact it's not fixed makes me think something is worse for the problem.

    not to sound pesimistic but i would hate for PW not to do anything about the problem/ leave it stay like this.

    I've sent a ticket, still no reply, points expire today, I can just see that PWE will be like "OHHHH WELL, NOTHING WE CAN DO NAAAAW"

    I just sent in a ticket to support with a screenshot of my accumulated points on the reward points page with notification of the items that I would like to redeem the points for once the issue is rectified IF it isn't rectified in time.

    Checked to see if things worked today.
    Sending codes/blessing was successful and I also redeemed my RPs. I had spent 950 gold towards my 20 aptitude and is very relieved that I can redeem my points now!
