Good evening PWI players!

We will be having our regular server maintenance tonight at 11pm PT. Tonight's maintenance will have no patch, restart only!


*Tentative Duration*

Maintenance is expected to last approximately 4 hours, so during that time you will not be able to access the live servers.
*Maintenance times are tentative and are subject to change at any time. Actual end times will vary depending on the progress of the maintenance.

    Is there any update on when force login will be once again allowed by the game client or Arc service (whichever is blocking the feature) in a coming maintenance? It's a major problem while characters remain online after an internet hiccup and you can't use the force log feature to knock the character offline.

    Many instance/dungeon runs in particular suffer from this issue, when out of 10 people in the run, it's entirely possible for 1 to have faulty internet. People often have to wait 15-20 minutes for 1 person who has disconnected, and has internet back, but cannot make their character get offline through forcelog so they can again rejoin the instance. There are many hours being lost this way over time, and we haven't heard anything about the issue being solved beyond an initial acknowledgement. In particular this problem can be very damaging to runs in the new instance, Icebound Underworld, as you are already on a 999 second time limit.

    People have waited a long time for any update on this, Kalyst.

    @kalystconquerer#0876 Why haven't you responded to the community in nearly 5 months in regards to the multi clienting issue that resulted in our inability to use the force log feature to boot our account if we disconnect -_- ...​​

    Its DQ system all over again. I am doubtful PWE had any intentions of fixing it in the first place but chances are if they did, it costs more than they are willing to spend on it and thus its never getting fixed. I do hope I am wrong for the sake of ppl who still care bout this game. But no news in 5 months almost certainly means there wont be any fix any time soon if ever. PWE is just too big of a **** to admit it.

    Probably cause you keep pestering them about it. It's not in that employers contract that states that he/she have to respond to constant bickering of the players and answer the same question over and over again, just to receive replies that disagree with it trying to spark some kind of argument. Maybe he/she doesnt have a answer for you. Maybe they know that wont please the players and dont want to bear the brunt of all of your emotions. lol.

    But thats just an observation of course.
