So when will pwi actually fix Boundless R9?

It’s been close to a year and a half since my bud Happy and my seeker Prespire got stuck with full boundless R9 gears...

When PWI first offered Boundless R9 they had offered a stupidly short reversion period of 2 weeks and of course this was buried on the forums and no official post was ever made regarding it.

I found the post and alerted my bud legitimately 3 days before the reversal period was over but, being PWI they delayed both of our tickets and then claimed the reversion period was over claiming they couldn’t revert our gears...

After going back and forth and getting pretty dang angry with PWI they sent my request to a supposed developer....

After a couple months of waiting and not hearing back I contacted support yet again and they said, “ we never did such a thing”

Skip to 2 months back....
I’m able to acquire to G17 rings on both my DB and my seeker, seekers I left alone cause Boundless r9 ring is part of the set...
On my db I manage to acquire not one but 2 G17 wither rings and had even refined them to +11, this was purely to get GM’s attention to the issue, so I had requested a reversion of said 2nd G17 ring. Being pwi they refused it and said we can transfer it to another toon.. I put my entire trust into the team and say ok move it to an alt sin... 2 days later after maintenance I log on my alt sin, not there hmm, check ticket, due to circumstances blah blah we moved it to an inactive barb on your account...

A week passes of fighting with pwi support staff yet again and we come to the conclusion,after I had threatened to quit and was accused of cheating in the run. They had moved to my barb, that a reversion would be done but, I had to wait a month.

1 month turns into 2 and magically I get no update however they are spawning in Crown of madness and Nuema portal chests for raffle winners left and right..

I finally get a response back yesterday that oh, your inventory on your seeker was full so instead of spawning it in on another toon such as the barb and telling me so we have decided to delay it even further...

Man I’m done with this game, get put on a month wait list for a rebate that should of been done in the first place that month is now 2 months long and I still get no fix for Boundless r9 like I was promised nearly a year ago.

Happy has quit and I’m stupid for having it taken me this long to do the same.

    Boundless isnt even THAT bad..you act like it is absolutely unplayable...lol.

    PWE likes to mess with you..BUT its the same as the first threat about it when it was first released: CN purify proc was a value that was impossible to know for anyone before upgrading, thus it was PWEs faulty communication and they had to reverse it.the gear however...the stats have been well known to ANYONE. It was in the database for 3+ years already when it came to us..no surprise there.

    Natural selection lesson PWI edition, first do your homework then you buy I guess that’s how Pwi looks at it or take advantage of things when it’s we deem it available otherwise tough cookies (look at the perma increase in nebula orbs bs or free +2 gem say f everyone or even 6v6 abuse certain ppl abused and damn all others) at this point it just means more work for them and no we must not have that huh GMs.... It’s pretty depressing they don’t need to care even if it seems you’re being done a bad hand

    Quote me if I'm wrong. But was the reversal of r9 limited to only magic toons?

    you all know he will be back right, this isnt his first I quit moment. Truth be told its cash shoppers that the problem in pwi. F2p players have absolutely no influence on this game. Pwi will keep adding stuff and changing stuff, because they know people will keep spending money. I remember when the dude from knights got banned for standing at a spot and the server came together and spoke out. PWI fixed it, we even got to speak with a senior officer there, but know what we have is one user identify a problem and hundreds more say he/she is QQ. Unity is strength and pwi players seems to lack in that area.

    @blazerboy i suppose so, but let's face it pwi is inconsistent as it relates to ticket response, this is just another issue that we need to speak out as a community. When its all said and done pwi is a business and until their income is at risk they wont change their business plan.
