I cannot find the quest line to allow me to enter Neverfall/Western Steppes. Please help me.

    Are you Mirage Sky 1? You need to be at that boundary level to get the quest to enter the Western Steppes. If so, check to see if you have a quest named The Light Returns at the Elder of the Streams at City of a Thousand Streams available for you. If not, then perhaps you started the quest already, and should check these NPCS:
    • Sonn Temon (Immolation Camp)
    • Season Singer (Sundown Town)
    • Zen Master Justice (Near Dribbling Spring, south of Broken Bridge Village)
    • South Barrier Elder (South Barrier Village)
    • Sanctified Chest (outside South Barrier Village)
    • Dream Seeker Captain (Dreamweaver Port)
    • Light Empress Althea (Dreamweaver Port)
    • Ferry Guard (Dreamweaver Port)

    If you have a Neverfall Ticket in your inventory already, then you will just need to board the Dream Seeker boat at Dreamweaver Port and wait for it to leave.

    Howdy,
    It was my fault from the beginning. I went through the complete quest line, then went back to the Elder of the Streams. I was looking for a quest named "The Light Returns" and failed to check the 5 or 6 other quests listed. I went through them and found "The Key of Yin and Yang" which was the correct quest. Sorry for any inconvenience.
