ARC down ?

Ok.. so, apparently ARC is going down on the 7th. Are they just doing maint. on ARC or are they fixing this fiasco that we've been dealing with. (Looking over west arch right now, and noticing how many cat shops AREN'T THERE ANYMORE... kinda lets me know a lot of folks have just plain given up on this game)

    They done that before usually to overhaul it not sure why they do it but every so often they do
